Case study · Open beta
adversaria — a client portal for accounting firms

The situation
Clients send their documents and questions to an accounting firm by message, email and phone. The accountant has to collect them, sort them per client, and answer the same questions again and again.
What I built
Clients upload from the emailed link without logging in, and everything arrives tied to its own task. On the client card the accountant sees data, tasks, files and messages on one page, and each morning one list of who is stuck and what needs checking. Recurring questions are answered by an AI chatbot and a phone assistant, from the firm’s knowledge base and trusted sources, with checks.
