Klip — attendance and work time with no manual entry

The situation
Colleagues at an engineering firm work on several sites a day. The attendance sheet and the work-time accounts need to know who arrived at a site and when they left — including places with no signal.
What I built
The phone detects arrival and departure from the site radius by itself; the worker enters nothing. It keeps collecting without signal and catches up once it reconnects. The office sees the team on a map in the web panel, and the attendance sheet and Excel export are one click away.
What it does
- Arrival and departure with no manual entry, from the site radius
- Keeps collecting without signal and catches up when back online
- Live team view on a map
- Phones pair with a QR code, no worker accounts
- Attendance sheet and Excel export in one click
Where it stands
Live at a Hungarian engineering firm: 148 sites, 19 phones, since August 2026.
