Fixing apps built with AI
Your app was built with an AI tool or by vibe coding, and it works — more or less. I review the code, find the bugs and the risky parts, then help you fix, stabilise and prepare it for real use.
When to come to me with this
- The prototype is done, but you do not dare let real customers use it.
- Every fix breaks something else, and the AI tool goes round in circles.
- You are not sure where the passwords, keys and customer data are, or who can reach them.
- It got slow as the data or the number of users grew.
What it includes
- a code review and written summary: what is risky, what can wait, what is fine
- debugging, fixes and performance work
- security: permissions, keys, handling customer data
- more maintainable code, so the next change does not break something else
- help with going live and running it
How it works
The review is billed hourly within an agreed budget, so you know the cost upfront. Then you decide whether I do the fixes, or you continue with your AI tool using the list.
Price
For larger projects I give a fixed price split into milestones. Day rate: HUF 100–120k, hourly: HUF 17,500. The first hour is free: we talk through what you need.
Questions
Does the whole thing need rewriting?
Rarely. Usually a few parts cause most of the trouble (permissions, data handling, error handling); we fix those and keep the rest.
